Pixel Light, the latest seating system envisioned by Sergio Bicego, emerges from a quest to evolve the concept of form flexibility into a more sophisticated idea of spatial fluidity. We explored novel possibilities and applications for the Pixel sofa, an iconic undertaking for EuroHome, which commemorates its tenth anniversary this year. While enhancing technical performance, we lightened its form, preserving its distinctive style intact and enabling it to seamlessly occupy both interior and exterior spaces. The guiding aspiration throughout this project was indeed the ambition to dissolve the boundaries between indoor and outdoor realms. Pixel Light Indoor brings a touch of glamour and lightness to any space, remaining true to its nomadic and fluid essence. Setting itself apart from the original project, it features a varnished iron aerial base available in champagne or noir finish, new comfortable back pillows in two sizes, and a unique, high-performance padding canvas in breathable microfiber quilted with cotton canvas. The covers are fully removable for added convenience.
